The Andy Roddick Foundation is pleased to announce the hiring of Mary Riggs as Director of Programs. Mary brings a strong history of developing successful programs for youth based non-profits and will make an immediate impact on the Foundation and its mission.

Mary comes to the ARF with over ten years experience in education and child service agencies including her most recent position at the Texas Health and Human Services Commission as the Texas Home Visiting Program Manager/Early Childhood Coordinator. She directed programs focused on children’s heath and development while managing a $13M annual budget and developing partnerships with community organizations. Mary managed the implementation of 26 program sites across the state as well as a training program for over 100 early childhood professionals.
Prior to working for the State, she worked for a non-profit that operated out of school programs for elementary and middle school youth in economically disadvantaged communities. Mary received her MBA at Boston University and her Master of Social Work at the University of Michigan where she also received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with honors.
